Shipping & Pickup

We currently ship only within Croatia. Standard shipping costs €5.50 per order, while BoxNow parcel-locker delivery costs €4.00. The selected charge is shown before you place the order. We do not accept checkout addresses outside Croatia.

For BoxNow delivery, enter the selected parcel-locker name or address together with its city and postal code during checkout. We prepare the parcel after the bank transfer is confirmed and send the shipping update by email.

Orders are paid by bank transfer. Stock is reserved when the order is placed, but dispatch starts only after we confirm receipt of the payment. We will contact you if fulfilment is delayed or an order cannot be completed.

Unless a different delivery time is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, as required for consumer distance sales.

Please enter a complete address and a contact method where the carrier can reach you. Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the outer parcel is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.

Risk passes to you when you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Local pickup is free. Do not travel to the shop immediately after ordering: wait for our confirmation that the order is ready. Pickup is at Trg Ante Starčevića 10, Osijek, at the time confirmed with you.

Contact us with your order number if tracking has stopped, the parcel has not arrived, or the contents are damaged or incomplete. Carrier procedures do not limit your statutory rights against Conflux as the seller.
